• Ka-band Microwave Interferometer MWI 2650-A for electron density measurements in atmospheric pressure plasma of relatively low density  (<10¹³ cm^-3) in such applications as plasma jet, barrier discharge, combustion plasma, etc.

• Two channel Ka-band Microwave Interferometer MWI 2650-V for measurements of electron density and velocity in plasma flows.

• S-band Microwave Interferometer  MWI 2650-L for measurements of extremely low density (from ~3·10⁷ cm^-3) in the dusty plasma installations like PKE Nefedof chamber.
